Tournament Information

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Individual stableford scoring over 54 holes of golf.
The final round will be split in two.

THE DRAW

First & Second 18 Holes: Tournaments discretion
Third 18 Holes: Seeded draw per division

HANDICAP DIVISIONS

The division that you qualify for will be determined by the number of golfers that have entered into the tournament as specified below.

A-Division
B-Division
C-Division
Ladies Division

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This online entry can enter a maximum of 2 golfers only.
The field is limited to 120 players; first come, first served basis.
Gary Player Country Club is a strictly walking course (no golf carts are permitted)
All golfers must have an OFFICIAL HANDICAP INDEX and registered with a golf club.
Ladies will play off ladies tees and compete in the Ladies division.
A seeded draw will determine final round.
Caddie Fees will be for your own account.
ScoreCapture are the official scorers for the duration of the tournament. (Live Scoring)

Practice Rounds

Complimentary 9 Holes: available from 14h00, on a first come first served basis (excludes halfway house and golf carts) and must be pre-booked
18 holes: Practice Tee times are available from 11:00 and are subject to availability @ R600 per person including halfway house.Call Sun City Golf reservations on 014 557 1245/6

To Enter:

You are able to enter a maximum of 2 people/golfers per online entry.
Complete the online entry form, once completed, you will receive an automated email confirming that your entry has been received.
Please note that payment is due within 48 hours of receiving a final confirmation and invoice from Sun International. The full package must be paid in full prior to the tournament commencing.
Payments can only be made upon receiving an invoice from Sun International. It is imperative that you use your Name/Surname and confirmation number as your payment reference.
Proof of payment must be sent to sports.
It is a pre-requisite to enter this event that golfers must have accommodation booked at Sun City Resort.
Accommodation is allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.
Full payment to Sun International will secure your entry into the tournament.

Cancellations:

A cancellation made more than 7 working days prior to arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. All refunds requests must be sent to sports.
A cancellation between 7 and 14 working days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation being charged.
In the event of a "No Show" the full package price will be applicable.
