In order to confirm your registration for 2024 Conference
taking place on 15 March 2024 to 16 March 2024,
we will be required to collect your personal information which may be shared with service providers for the purposes of this event.
I acknowledge that my personal information is protected by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and may not be shared without my consent, which I may withdraw at any time.
I herewith consent that Surgical Update may make my personal information available to the service providers and suppliers of the event for the purposes of the event.
Should I at any time withdraw my consent (which shall be in writing), I shall immediately disqualify myself from participating in and attending the event.
