Privacy policy

I am aware that, as a participant in the event, it will be necessary for Nedbank CIB to make certain of my personal information available to service providers and suppliers of the event and for this purpose:

• I acknowledge that my personal information is protected by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 and that my personal information may not be made available in any manner or form, without my consent and which consent I may withdraw at any time;
• I herewith consent thereto that Nedbank CIB may make my personal information available to all the service providers and suppliers of the event, for purposes of the event, and;
• Should I at any time withdraw my consent (which shall be in writing with notice to Nedbank CIB), I shall immediately disqualify myself from participating in and attending the event.
